LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY

Perma-Column, Inc. (PCI) guarantees every Perma-Column® product sold by PCI to be free from defects in material or manufacturing. This warranty does not apply to uses not in compliance with specific applications and installation procedures set forth in PCI published literature, Design and Use Guides, Installation Manuals nor does it apply to modified products or products deteriorated by harsh environmental conditions. PCI will repair or provide a replacement for any PCI product proven to have an unacceptable level of defect during the lifetime of the original building owner, while he owns the building.

All warranty obligations of PCI shall be limited, at the discretion of PCI, to repair or replace the defective part. These remedies shall constitute PCI’s sole obligation and sole remedy of purchaser under this warranty. In no event will PCI be responsible for incidental, consequential, or special loss or damage, however caused.

This warranty is non-transferable, and is only in effect while the original purchaser owns the building.

This warranty does not cover any component which fails because of misuse, neglect, accident, or natural disaster (such as but not limited to tornados, earthquakes, fires, or floods.)

This warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, all such other warranties being hereby expressly excluded.
